Take a breathe in every sense of the word, physically, mentally and spiritually. Retreat for a few day, weeks, months to be inspired and calmed by new or different surroundings.
Take some time out to indulge in compassion. Reflect on your life and look forward to crafting the next chapter. Pause for thought and create the quiet space for wisdom to flow in.
Forgive yourself for poor decisions, choices or behaviour. Forgive others for theirs. Draw a line under it and move on to the next chapter with a clean slate.
